Meet The Owners

The Petkosh Family

Paul has been working in the roofing industry for over a decade. He got his start in the roofing industry with Tremco Roofing and Buidling Maintenance, a material manufacturer, working in their TRACE lab. He analyzed samples and provided data driven info to help roofing field advisors make informed decisions on how to best design a solution for a specific roofing system. He later went into the roofing field advisor role himself, helping customers manage their roofing assets to maximize their return on investment.

A few years later, he went to the contracting side of the industry, joining Supreme Roofing as an estimator and project manager. He experienced tremendous success and gained valuable knowledge. This opportunity provided a lot of unique experiences and customer interactions that still shape his vision for the industry.

Another opportunity presented itself in 2021, and he joined a specialty General Contractor to drive roofing projects across the county while helping other roofing contractors set up successful projects and happy customers.

Having been truly blessed with a lot of success, he felt called to build a company from the ground up, doing things the right way while building a legacy for his family.

Paul is a Registered Roof Observer (RRO), which is a credential earned through the Internation Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC). RROs must meet certain criteria and pass a very challenging examination to earn the title of RRO. Paul is now working on his Registered Roof Consultant (RRC) designation.
